Tool Steel Oversized Bushings

Made from abrasive resistant and strong stainless steel. Engineered and built to last a lifetime of abuse.

100% manufactured at our facility in the United States.

Standard Size Bushings: These are recommended when there is no apparent wear to the bushing hole.

.02" Oversized Bushings: These are ideal for holes that are slightly worn where the standard size bushings would fit loosely into.

.06" Oversized Bushings: These are needed when the bushing hole has been severely worn. In cases where the hole is egg or oval-shaped, we recommend using JB Weld to fill the space around the bushing. This helps create a rigid bond to the bushing from the hinge plate.

See the diagram below for a better explanation of which bushings are referred to as small and large in the selection menu. These 4 different bushings are used across many GM vehicles so the bushing you need may be the same as the ones used on other vehicles.

These work with the corresponding EnduraPin models as well as stock pins.

Oversized Bushings Drill Bit Recommendations:

Small +.02": 1/2" Drill Bit

Small +.06": 17/32" Drill Bit

Large +.02": 17/32" Drill Bit

Large +.06": 9/16" Drill Bit

Note: You may still need to open these holes up slightly with a round file or die grinder. Remove a small amount of material and test fit the bushing constantly. You will want the bushing to fit in tightly.

Just what I needed

After discovering I didn’t have bushings on all in my door hinge this was perfect. The oversized one was perfect. I did have to wallow it out a bit more for it to work but it eventually fit. The door closes smoothly doesn’t squeak. I’m ready to take it back on the highway and see if I can hear wind noise still

Bushings were superior quality. Ordering and figuring out what I needed was easy. I would definitely order door bushings from Endura-pin again for another vehicle if needed and not waste any time or money on the other Doorman replacement pins you get from the local auto parts stores that literally wear out 2 months after replacing.

In January I purchased a standard size set of pins and bushings. The passenger side was a snap to install but the driver side was more warn requiring the oversized bushings. The product did the job as advertised bringing new performance to a tired old set of doors on a vehicle that some people would discard. A lesson from my father "patch it up, fix it up make it do". The only downside was the delivery time on the second order.
