One Removal. One Install. No Guesswork.

This pack of bushings is for GM OBS trucks and 2nd Gen S10s

When replacing door bushings, you don’t know the true condition of the hinge plate until the door is off.

Many GM OBS and 2nd Gen S10 trucks have hinge holes that are worn beyond what a standard bushing will fix. If you only have one size available and the hole is damaged, the repair stops.

This pack eliminates that risk.

You’ll have all three sizes on hand so you can evaluate the hinge condition and install the correct bushings immediately, without reinstalling the door and waiting on additional parts.

Made from abrasive resistant and strong stainless steel. Engineered and built to last a lifetime of abuse.

100% manufactured at our facility in the United States.

What This Pack Includes:

Total - 6 Bushings

1 Small + 1 Large — Standard Size
1 Small + 1 Large — +.02" Oversize
1 Small + 1 Large — +.06" Oversize

Small and large refer to the two different hinge bore sizes used in the door hinge assembly. See diagram below for identification.

These bushings are compatible with:
- Stock Pins
- Corresponding EnduraPin Pins

See the diagram below for a better explanation of which bushings are referred to as small and large in the selection menu. These different bushings are used across many GM vehicles so the bushing you need may be the same as the ones used on other vehicles.

Bushing Size Guidance:

Standard Size

Use when the hinge bore shows no visible elongation or wall damage.

+.02" Oversize
For moderately worn holes where standard bushings fit loosely.

+.06" Oversize
For severely worn or egg-shaped holes.

If the hinge bore is ovaled or irregular, we recommend applying JB Weld around the outer diameter during installation to create a rigid bond between the hinge plate and the bushing.

Oversized Bushings Drill Bit Recommendations:

Small +.02": 1/2" Drill Bit

Small +.06": 17/32" Drill Bit

Large +.02": 17/32" Drill Bit

Large +.06": 9/16" Drill Bit

Note: You may still need to open these holes up slightly with a round file or die grinder. Remove a small amount of material and test fit the bushing constantly. You will want the bushing to fit in tightly.
